Kyle Armstrong, MBA, M.Eng, P.EngDirector
Kyle Armstrong is a Director at Power System Solutions, bringing a strong foundation in engineering and leadership to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lakehead University, and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Waterloo.
A licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario, Kyle combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight to lead innovative solutions in the power systems industry. Since joining Power System Solutions in 2013, he has focused on driving technical excellence, client-focused service, and long-term growth for the firm.
Nathan Middleton, P.EngDirector
Nathan Middleton is a Director at Power System Solutions, bringing extensive technical expertise and leadership to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Lakehead University, an Electronics Engineering Technologist diploma from the RCC Institute of Technology, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario.
Nathan has a strong background in power system construction, commissioning, and field services. He began his career in 2008 with ABB Inc., gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of clients and industries. Since joining Power System Solutions in 2012, Nathan has played a key role in leading field service teams, managing complex projects, and driving the company's growth through strategic initiatives and operational excellence. His leadership continues to support the expansion of client services and the long-term success of the organization.
Adam Petryna, B.EngDirector
Adam Petryna is a Director at Power System Solutions, where he brings extensive technical expertise and strategic leadership to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Lakehead University and is a Red Seal Electrician.
Since joining Power System Solutions in 2014, Adam has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. With a solid background in power system construction, commissioning, and maintenance, he leads multidisciplinary teams in executing complex projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation.
Adam's responsibilities include overseeing field service personnel, managing large-scale project execution, and driving client-focused initiatives. His leadership has been central to delivering high-performance solutions that improve reliability and operational excellence for clients across the power systems industry.
Shannon SarrasinAdministrative Coordinator
Shannon studied Environmental Engineering Technology at Confederation College. After graduating, she began her career working in analytical laboratories that serviced pulp & paper and mining industries. She joined our team in 2013 and currently holds the position of Administrative Coordinator.
