Project Summary

Our team provided comprehensive commissioning services for key electrical systems supporting new generation infrastructure. This included testing of station service equipment, generator step-up and station service transformers, protection and metering devices, and control systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. The scope of work included:

• Provided commissioning services for three (3) hydro dam extension projects including station service switchgear, generator step-up and station service transformers, metering and protection instrument transformers, generator circuit breakers, and control circuitry.
• Provided offline partial discharge testing on the generator isolated phase bus and the station service switchgear.
• Performed acceptance testing on the station DC battery banks as per IEEE standard 450-2010.
