Evolugen – Construction and Commissiong of Protection and Telecommunication Racks

Project Summary

Our team managed the procurement, assembly, and compliance verification of four (4) protection racks and four (4) teleprotection racks. All work was completed in compliance with relevant electrical codes and regulatory standards to ensure system reliability and regulatory approval. The scope of work included:

• Procured all materials required for the assembly of four (4) protection racks and four (4) teleprotection racks.
• Constructed the protection and teleprotection racks in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (OESC), Transmission System Code (TSC), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NPCC), and Independent Electricity System Operator Market Rules (IESO MR).
• Coordinated an independent safety assessment of the constructed racks by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA)
